PDF Guideline

The following instructions are intended to help you so that your data can be processed in our prepress department without complications at best.

Data delivery:

• PDF/X4 oder PDF/X5
• files named according to page number (e.g. 001_030.pdf, etc.)
• Documents in single page mode
• bleed of at least 3 mm
• bleed marks, distance 3 mm from final format
• all fonts completely embedded

Of course, we also process other data formats. In this case, please contact us to discuss any time, cost, and additional expenses that may arise.

General:

• you are welcome to enclose a printout of the entire order that is binding in terms of content
• provide your color binding proofs with the Ugra/FOGRA media wedge
• electronic archiving of the imposed print sheets is our responsibility. We assume that the original documents are updated and maintained by you or your typesetter/repro house
• transfer your data in packed form
