Ten folder units are available at m. appl for the production of folded sections. The folders have a feed width of up to 1,650 mm and six of the units are equipped for doublestream production. The products are sewn on three multiplex systems which feature between 21 and 28 stations and either two or three automatic sewing machines. The sewn book blocks can alternatively be sent for soft cover binding on the perfect binder or hard cover binding on the two book production lines.
